We are a custom holiday booking specialist. This whole site has been designed for simplicity and ease of use. All holiday rental properties are offered honestly and with integrity. It is our sincere belief that the guests should arrive to their chosen holiday home confident that what is booked is what they actually get!!

All images are taken honestly and “as you see it”. We don’t believe in trick photography. What you see is what you get.

Before you arrive a rep would have made a visit to the home to make sure all is well and clean. This eliminates any upset upon your arrival.

We believe that you are entitled to receive what you pay for and encourage any feedback you may have so that we can improve on our service and the homes we represent. All comments are treated with strictest of confidence.

holidaynet.com.au was launched in March 2004. It all started as an idea whilst piloting a new real estate concept in the Mornington Peninsula. Originally intended as a second cousin to the real estate business, holidaynet.com.au was put into action and managed a handful of select clients' holiday homes. Our main emphasis was on quality of service with courtesy. As a result of this we started getting the referrals! We love referrals! Eventually the inevitable happened and slowly but surely our reputation started to grow, our client base started to grow, our referral network got bigger; in fact, everything started to get bigger until eventually the decision was made for us to revamp, redesign and offer our services to a broader audience. Without the investment of time and services by others our new site would never have got off the ground. We hope you enjoy browsing our holiday homes and we look forward to booking your ideal choice.
