Please note your use of this website, communications with us, and bookings made with Peninsula Holiday Network (holidaynet.com.au) are subject to the following Terms and Conditions :

Please read the following terms & conditions carefully and call/email us if you have any queries.
TARIFFS Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Please check for inclusions.
BOOKINGS 1. May be made by telephone, facsimile, mail or email. 2. All bookings are subject to written confirmation. 3. The guest who is named in the reservation remains the sole contact person for communication with holidaynet.com.au. 4. The contact person must supply full name, address and telephone contact details to holidaynet.com.au to validate any booking. 5. Any changes to a booking may incur an administration fee of $50 in addition to any cancellation fees. 6. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive the deposit.
7. All bookings are arranged for the dates shown on your email/letter/invoice and are taken in good faith by us but may be subject to change as we may be notified by the owner prior to the commencement of the booking. We cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by the owner of the premises outside our control and we reserve the right to cancel any booking should anything arise which in our opinion absolutely renders the booking impractical. In either event, we shall notify you as soon as possible and so do our best to arrange alternative accommodation or dates suitable to you. Failing which all deposit monies paid will be refunded but no other claim right or action or demand shall exist in or be made by either party.
PAYMENT 1. To secure your booking, a deposit of at least 22% of the total amount due must be made. 2. Final payment is due on day of commencement of holiday or within 7 days of commencement by arrangement. 3. Payment can be made directly into the Peninsula Holiday Network Pty Ltd Account; account number will be supplied. Payment over the counter or internet..
SECURITY BOND 1. All guests are responsible for breakages, damages whether malicious or accidental. Security bonds are held by way of credit card details or as a cash bond. Cash bonds are refundable via internet banking or cheque. . 2. After your stay there will be a property inspection. If there are any breakages or damages or loss to the property or if there are items not completed in accordance with the "Departure Checklist", you will incur charges and will be required to pay the replacement value of any item or the charges incurred for services. 3. Peninsula Holiday Network Pty Ltd reserves the right to use your security bond, or send you an invoice, for any amounts outstanding or any extra charges for cleaning, extra services, additional guests, lost keys, call-outs, repairs or damage to the property.
CANCELLATION FEES A cancellation fee will be applicable on whole or part cancellation of accommodation and extras bookings as follows; 1. A booking cancelled 6 months or more before arrival date will incur no cancellation fee. 2. A booking cancelled 1 - 6 months before arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of total rental 3. A booking cancelled 1 - 4 weeks before arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of total rental 4. A booking cancelled within 7 days will incur a cancellation fee of 100%
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES Check-in is after 2pm and checkout is by 11am sharp. Keys are to be collected and dropped off by mutual agreement with holidaynet.
YOUR STAY 1. The property is to be used for holiday rental purposes only. Please note, whilst we are happy for you to entertain small groups of friends during your stay at the property, should you wish to host a party or to entertain a larger group, written authorization must be obtained from holidaynet.com.au PRIOR to your arrival date.
2. Each property is designed to accommodate a maximum number of guests. Written permission must be given PRIOR to your arrival for any excess guests. 3. holidaynet.com.au is not responsible if the chosen accommodation does not "meet" the expected style required. Please view the property on our website www.holidaynet.com.au prior to your arrival and call holidaynet.com.au if you have any queries. 4. holidaynet.com.au is not responsible for any failure of utilities, essential services or appliances. Please contact holidaynet.com.au immediately and every attempt will be made to contact the appropriate authorities and arrange repairs. However, immediate repair may be beyond our control. 5. Non-urgent call outs, deemed by holidaynet.com.au, will incur a call-out fee of $ 66. 6. If holidaynet.com.au receives any noise complaints, we reserve the right to immediately evict guests from the property.
SECURITY 1. holidaynet.com.au is not responsible for the security of your belongings. 2. It is your responsibility to ensure the property is left secure at all times and after departure.
CLEANING The property will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. We ask that you leave the property in a neat and tidy condition prior to your departure time including removing all rubbish from the property, washing and storing all dishes, etc and removing all food items from the fridge and pantry. Any excess cleaning costs will be deducted from the security bond.
PETS Written permission must be given PRIOR to your arrival for ANY pets.
GARBAGE Garbage collection days are specified on the "Departure Checklist" provided to you. We ask that you follow these instructions. The Garbage Collector will not remove rubbish in cartons or plastic bags from the roadside. We ask that you dispose of any excess rubbish upon vacating the property. Please see the "Departure Checklist" for the location of Council Hoppers. If holidaynet.com.au needs to remove any rubbish, costs incurred will be deducted from the security bond.
SEPTIC TANKS Most houses in this area have septic tanks and therefore you must not flush any foreign objects into the system.
DAMAGES As the tenant, you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. We ask that you advise us of any mishaps for which you will be required to pay. The fee payable for lost keys is $44.00 plus locksmith's fees. These fees will be charged directly to you.
INDEMNITY You, the guest, indemnify holidaynet.com.au against any liability, which may attach to holidaynet.com.au as a result of damage, injury or loss being personal or proprietary suffered by any person where damage, injury or loss has been contributed to or caused by any act or occasion of the tenant or his agent. These conditions are an agreement between the parties. Any infringement of the above conditions permits holidaynet.com.au to refuse a key, amend the rental or immediately terminate the tenancy.

All quotations are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and required payment received. PLEASE NOTE: All holiday homes are leased as self catering unless otherwise stated. It is the guests' responsibility to bring their own linen, towels, and basic hygeine products.
